Mansfield Telephone Public Hearing Scheduled for February 8

January 7, 2022 - Today New Jersey American Water filed a petition with the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities seeking approval of Ordinance 2021-11 adopted by the Township Committee on July 21, 2021, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 48:2-14, N.J.S.A. 48:3-11 to 48:3-15, and N.J.A.C. 14:1-5.5 granting municipal consent to NJAWC to construct, lay, maintain and operate the necessary wastewater collection and treatment facilities, mains, pipes and appurtenances to expand NJAWC’s existing franchise to provide sanitary sewer service in the Township to Block 3 Lot 5.03 (f/k/a Lots5.01 and 10.01) and Block 4, Lots 6.01 and 7.
