Boil Water Order Lifted for Lincoln Water System

Lincoln, Ill. (Thursday, May 18, 2023) Illinois American Water has lifted the boil water order for the City of Lincoln water system. The boil water order was issued Wednesday. Water tests have confirmed the water meets all quality standards and is safe to drink.

Customers are being notified about the boil water being lifted by phone call.
